Program for Humanitarian Aid (PHA) is focused on serving older orphans and those in need of humanitarian aid in Ukraine. PHA provides resources that enable a network of Ukrainians to serve orphans and others in need.
O.U.R.2 Mission = Orphans of Ukraine Rescue and Restore Mission. The mission is to rescue orphans and children at risk from a hopeless life and future and restore them to the life God created them to have.
Richard and Denise Baggett have worked in ministry for over 30 years – with 20 years focused on Eastern Europe, mostly Ukraine. R&D understands the communities, the people and the culture, and they have witnessed the devastation that has impacted this nation. God’s power is rising up through the tragic circumstances and they are ready to answer His call to continue spreading the good news in Ukraine.
